It was a very pleasant stay, I recommend this place. Fairly clean and contemporary accom with strategic location close to the centre, shopping malls, the Golden Triangle of KL. Meals in the bar were good. The staff here was absolutely amazing - VERY EFFICIENT service & friendly communication.

It has second to none staff and service, reliable wi-fi. The fact that it has an easy check in, that worked great for us.

Had well appointed room with balcony, separate loo for a great stay. Generally everything was okay, yet the bathroom was dirty. The open-air restaurant was modest, they served different food. Unbeatable location to an isetan the japan store...
